Green design is an important means to achieve the harmonious development between the product and the environment. The green design program is the key point that it determined wheather a green products is qualify,It is important evaluation criteria that the evaluation of green design program weigh the green product which is a quality or inferior product. Established an appropriate evaluation system for green design program that it achieve the evaluation of green design program has a pivotal position. Thus it has important practical value for achievement passenger elevators green design through that we research and establish the green degree of the program and its evaluation system.Firstly, the green design was introduced into the passenger elevators Conceptual Design based on the relationship between the environment and green design. Then the Analytic Hierarchy Process was introducted into passenger elevator Index System for green design scheme, and established the evaluation index of green design program.This paper proposed a method that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process which combine the Fuzzy Theory and the AHP, constructed the passenger elevator green design green degree evaluation model, used the model to calculate green degree of passenger green elevators in order to determine the green degree of this green design program. The Fuzzy AHP avoid the problem that completely dependent on subjective judgments in traditional hierarchy weight analysis evaluation, making it more objective and scientific evaluation for the green degree, and it has a wide range of practicality. It laid the foundation for the program evaluation through established the evaluation index of green design program and evaluated the greenness of the green degree.For characteristic passenger elevators green design mixed indicators, it proposed a evaluation method which is mixed indicators Multiple Attribute Decision which based on the Information Axiom in this paper. It was constructed passenger elevators Green Design Index System which based on the AHP. The evaluation of the Information Axiom program is based on the size of the amount of information to determine the merits of the program. Therefore the index types are divided in real type, interval and fuzzy language according to the characteristics of the property type indicators, and calculated the amount of information. The real and interval indicator belong to quantitative indicators, they have a fixed method of calculation of the amount of information. In the calculation of the fuzzy language attribute information index, it was improved the method of information caculation through combination with the information axiom, and selected the function of normal distribution to calculate the information of fuzzy attribute index. By the size of the amount of information of each program indicators to determine the merits of the program,then choose the best solution. And through compared with the triangular membership function, it was verified the correctness of the method.Finally, in order to compare the meirt of the various programs, it was evaluated the correlation by application of Grey Correlation in each program. In the text,the Grey Correlation Method in the calculation of the weight combined with information axiom scheme evaluation, but the difference is the solution of traditional gray ideal——the index weights was calculated by the function of normal distribution in information axioms. The information is the weight matrix. The gray correlation coefficient matrix was setted up by constructing a gray correlation coefficient, calculated the distance of each program between with the ideal method and with the poor ideal solution, finally obtained the closeness between the various programs. Through selecting different gray correlation coefficient, the corelation of different programs were compared with each other, and the program which has different gray correlation coefficient was simulated by the MATLB.It was found that the accuracy of the previous section program evaluation through the simulation results,and it also can be have the closeness of the various programs.
