In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of the transportation industry in the direction of high energy efficiency,low energy consumption,low emission and low pollution,and has issued policy documents such as " Accelerate the Development of Green Recycling Low Carbon Transport Guidance".Plans to basically completed the green cycle of low-carbon transport system in 2020.Road transport station as an important infrastructure to promote the development of transportation industry,but also to build a green cycle of low-carbon transport system in an important part.And its mission to promote the development of green passenger terminal station is very important.Addition,while vigorously developing green building at the same time,China's highway traffic has also been rapid development,statistics show that as of 2016 the total mileage of China's highway has reached 117,000 kilometers,ranking first in the world.With the increase in the total mileage will give birth to a large number of highway passenger terminal construction.But as a large public building highway passenger station,although the development of China's transport industry has made a significant contribution,its large construction area,structure and function of complex equipment,the use of a large number of personnel makes the highway passenger station consumes lots of resources and huge energy,produces more greenhouse gases and waste emissions.Therefore,green road passenger terminal has become the future development trend.Regarding the issue above.,this paper summarizes the green building evaluation system at home and abroad based on the theory of Green Passenger Station evaluation,including LEED,BREEAM,GBTOOl,NABERS,CASBEE and Green building evaluation standards in China,Tianjin SSTEC Green Building evaluation standard and green Olympic building evaluation system.The characteristics of each evaluation system and the advantages and disadvantages of each system are analyzed respectively from the development process and evaluation method.Secondly,according to the characteristics of Yunnan Provincial Highway Passenger Station and the problems encountered,a clear road passenger terminal in Yunnan Province in the future development trend.And analyzes the necessity of establishing the evaluation system of green highway passenger station in Yunnan Province.This paper studies the selection of the evaluation indexes and the construction of the system,analyzes the principle and the basis of the construction of the system,and establishes the evaluation system of the Yunnan Green Passenger Station by using the method of target decomposition.The system consists of target layer,criterion layer and index layer,in which the criterion layer includes 6 indicators,and the index layer includes 26 indicators.The weight of index is determined by AHP in this paper.Finally,the study takes the passenger terminal of the south of Kunming as the research object,using generalized function method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the feasibility of the evaluation system.
