With the serious shortage situation of water resource day by day, development and utilization of reclaimed water is paid attention increasingly. Development and utilization of reclaimed water in urban areas not only produces better economic returns, but also has a huge environment, resources, and social benefits. At present, the state has encouraged the use of reclaimed water of urban sewage treatment plants or other waste, which not only ease the tense situation in our country's water resources, but also achieve sustainable development objectives, while provides a good policy platform for the reuse of reclaimed water. The studies practice of domestic and international have shown that the reclaimed water of advanced treatment can meet water quality requirements of power plants, but the quantity of the reclaimed water reliability assurance and water supply scheme lack certain analysis. In this paper, based on previous studies,the study of water source and the problem of water supply scheme to reclaimed water of power plants, the main obtained results are as follows:(1) Analyzed the basic requirements and characteristics of water used in power plantBased on the current water used in thermal power plants, studied the basic requirements and characteristics of water used in power plant; further proposed water use index and water quality requirements from the water quality and quantity aspects in power plant.(2) Analyzed the reclaimed water sourceBased on planning development of the regional water resources and water intake requirements of water users, analyzed regional water supply source situations and the total water supply situations. For development and utilization of water resources, predicted the water supply of the low scheme and recommended scheme, and analyzed the overall program; analyzed pollutant quantity of regional present and planning year, through the rainwater drainage, sewerage, calculated the regional wastewater collection, according to combination the sewerage and the rainwater drainage, analyzed the ability of sewage collection.(3) Demonstrated the reliability of water sourcesAccording to measured data, analyzed the variation of waste water treatment amount, and from the water quantity, analyzed reclaimed water available quantity of the sewage treatment plant in the present and planning year, basis on the water quantity, analyzed the water quality, proposed water quality requirements as reclaimed water source in power plant. In the quantity and quality assurance cases, analyzed the accident factors and recovery time in power plant, Calculated the reserve water resources within one year. Making reliability comprehensive analysis for quantity, quality and reserve water resources.(4) Proposed joint water supply schemes and comparison of water supply schemes.According to the water use of power plants and the data analysis of various water supply sources, designed three kinds of joint water supply schemes for the power plant. Analyzed each scheme from the supply of water, water engineering and reclaimed water and emergency water supply engineering cost. For the three kinds of joint water supply schemes, using analytic hierarchy process to establish the comprehensive index system of water supply schemes, in the last, determined the comprehensive evaluation value, through the comparison of the three kinds of schemes, determined the third scheme better than the others.(5) The comprehensive analysis of optimal water supply schemeFor optimal water supply schemes, at first, analyzed guarantee rate of daily water demand reliability, and then there is the accident water failure, power cut, water reduction, or water quality changes, etc., maked the sewage treatment plant can not operate normally in a certain time, and it can not be continuous supply water for power plants producing, used reservoir as backup water source of power plant. Under the guarantee rate, analyzed available water supply of reservoir and daily regulation of available water supply, for the backup water source as reservoir, ensured the regulating water content, which do not meet the days of need, therefore ensured to meet water requirements of the power plant.
