Currently, anti-force roller brake tester and platform brake tester are widely used in motor vehicle testing agency for testing vehicle braking performance.Vehicle detection and diagnosis of intelligent direction group has been completed more than 20 sets of equipment from different manufacturers for the motor vehicle testing agency in the past three years, which are currently in the subject vehicle applications. In addition, the tester usage is generally low, which was installed of the motor vehicle testing agency, according to testing by staff reflect the detection values of plate brake inspection station reproducibility is not good, resulting in platform brake tester idle and waste.To solve these problems, this paper analyzes the main deficiencies of the prior research platform brake tester itself flat structure, identify error factors platform brake tester test results impact and design improvements platform brake tester mechanical structure, in order to achieve reduction small test error, the purpose of improving the accuracy of the test and measurement performance. So this paper mainly studies the following aspects:1. The computer test system includes hardware and software system.
