In recent years, the development of testing machine technology is rapid. As an important measurement device, it is widely applied in many fields. In 2008, the painful lessons of the Wenchuan earthquake and promote the rapid development of seismic technology for building structure, which gives birth to the large and super large structure testing machine construction demand. At present, the testing machine system is moving in the direction of large load, multi-function. The rationality and safety performance testing machine structure design are put forward higher request. So it is of great practical significance to study the structural design of large scale multi- function testing machine.There are many kinds of large- scale multi- function testing machine, we study on the system of 50 MN dynamic pressure shear test machine and 100 MN static pressure shear test machine.According to the special needs of complex structures experiment,This project of new 50 MN dynamic pressure shear test machine is proposed and implemented,including systematic study of the structural form and static and dynamic mechanical properties. On the structural side, with high stiffness and superior carrying capacity, static beam and Gantry frame structure which is composed of four posts and base are designed creatively. In order to ensure the measurement precision, the tester system avoids the existence of moment; On mechanical properties, the improved apparatus is divided mesh using fore treatment software HYPERMESH. Then, static analysis and modal analysis are carried out using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Experiments show the security and dependability of structure. Syntony did not occur.Secondly, in view of the current structure of the 100 MN test maximum size of the world, proposed and designed a new structure scheme, and analyses the mechanical properties. 100 MN static pressure shear test machine system mainly includes the Longmen frame structure, the transverse shear system, the vertical loading system, the work piece loading and unloading system. n the 100 MN static pressure shear test machine, the mobile car has a dual functions: loading and unloading test pieces and test bench. The strength and rigidity of the large load to the equipment structure are higher, and the static analysis of the Workbench software is used in this part.Thirdly, the special problems that need to be considered in the process of the structural design of the testing machine are studied. The research of these problems makes the structural design of the testing machine more reasonable, and ensures the reliability of the testing machine.Finally, aiming at the characteristics of large load and large structure of the super large test machine, the loading technology and method of the testing machine are studied. The application of direct drive volume servo control system in the loading of large scale test machine is studied and analyzed. In this paper, the pump control system is applied to the test machine, and the pump control system can be well applied in the testing machine by the experiment, and it can save a lot of energy when the test is done.
