| TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) industry is in a stage of rapid development. The quality level of plant construction projects has a big impact on enhancing the market competitiveness of manufacturing companies in this industry, but a factor that affects the quality of the plant construction project quality is the equipment’s quality. In TFT plants’ automated material handling system, the huge number of equipment should be installed within a certain time, the quality of installation will affect the stability during the equipment’s operation period, and so it is necessary to study how to carry out quality management well for the equipment installation in these projects.This thesis makes A corporation’s TFT-LCD automated material handling system equipment installation project as the study object. Deeply analyze the implementation status of equipment installation project quality management through combining communicate with project-related personnel and the project experience I have accumulated. Besides, it came out a certain theoretical basis of this thesis through the analysis of the relevant literature. Summarize the practical problems when implement project quality management in the project, and analysis the cause of the problems in a manner of theory research with practice. Based on PDCA management model and combining the practice project implementation process and industry automation acceptance test standard, I finally propose a proper and specified project quality management scheme based on PDCA management theory. Research the key point, process and methods of the quality management scheme in various stages of implementation in this project, and proposes suggestions for this project quality management implementation from both the technical and personnel guarantee view. We may reduce the various stages of the project quality costs, improve the project quality, and improve production’s market competitiveness through the implementation of this project quality management scheme. This thesis will provide quality project management experience for the TFT-LCD factory automated material handling systems’ construction. This thesis will also have a certain reference value for other manufacturers who will on the forthcoming introduce automated material handling system. |
