Research On The Internal Layout Planning Of C Company’s Mobile Phone Product Warehouse

With the development of C Company, the volume of business showed a rising trend. The original warehouse cannot meet the new business requirements for warehouse storage, and distribution capacity. Therefore, the company intends to layout the new rental warehouse, so that it can meet the business needs. I have participated in the enterprise warehouse layout as a result of my internship in the company. Some problems in the design process, mainly, reflected in the unreasonable warehouse safety, functional area, the route path. Warehouse design with the layout of subjective experience and lack of scientific, logical, systematic layout method. Therefore, this paper based on the enterprise internal warehouse layout planning and actual situation as the research background. Hope to re-analysis of the situation of enterprise and warehouse layout, the application of scientific layout method to solve the problems existing in the original plan. Provide practical and feasible layout decisions for enterprises.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign warehouse layout literature, this paper elaborates the related theories and methods of the internal layout of the warehouse. Focus on the mainstream of the warehouse layout design SLP method, analyzes the steps of the SLP layout principle and insufficient points. Put forward the idea of the overall layout of the warehouse. Application of the improved SLP method study of C company warehouse layout. First of all, this paper studies the relevant literature, to determine the research theory method, detailed analysis of business and logistics volume and the original warehouse layout problem, estimated the storage area and the functional area. On this basis to applicate improved SLP method for layout. The main improvement lies in the analysis of the functional areas of logistics relationship, using the volume of goods and orders to measure the logistics volume. Abandon the traditional single logistics measurement. So as to optimize the function of the warehouse area, improve the level of functional areas, the formation of the internal layout of the warehouse program and select the best program. Compared with the original scheme and the new scheme, the functional relationship between the close degree and the operating path of each scheme are compared. Based on the improved SLP method, this paper puts forward the interior layout of the warehouse, and puts forward the suitable warehouse internal layout plan for the C Company. It can solve the problem of the enterprise warehouse interior layout design, which is of practical significance and economic significance.
