With the rapid development of information technology, the function of the car is more and more perfect, and the design of the car is more humane. The number of electrical equipment in the car has increased exponentially, making it more difficult to connect and communicate between devices. How to solve the problem of the contradiction between the increase of the electrical equipment and the poor communication quality and the slow transmission rate has become a problem to be solved by the automotive electronic engineer.In this paper, we study the network topology of CAN/LIN and the communication protocol of CAN/LIN bus, and design a hybrid bus network body control system.In the article, the hardware, software and testing platform of network node is designed.The reliability of the vehicle body control system is verified by the test platform. In this thesis, through studying on CAN/LIN network topology and combining the characteristics of electronic control units, the vehicle body CAN/LIN network based on a universal body model was constructed. The function of each node in the control system is analyzed. In this paper, the protocol of CAN and LIN network communication in hybrid bus network body control system is studied, and the physical layer and data link layer of the communication protocol are analyzed. Through the analysis of the hybrid bus network body control system, this paper determines the design of the body control system, and completes the hardware and software design of the node in the network. About hardware design, The paper introduces the central control module and the intelligent control module of the CAN network node. The hardware design of the central control module mainly introduces the power module circuit, MCU module circuit, input signal circuit and CAN/LIN communication module circuit. The hardware design of the intelligent rear view mirror mainly introduces the MCU circuit and the driving circuit. About software design, this paper introduces the CAN communication module, LIN communication module, CAN-CAN gateway data conversion and Boot Loader program.Test software on host computer was completed by C++. The test platform of the hybrid bus body control system was designed in this paper. The function test of the hybrid bus network body control system was finished. The experimental results show that the hybrid bus network body control system designed in this paper meets the requirements of vehicle body control. Control system is reliable, stable performance. This paper studies the hybrid network body control system provides a good example for the development of body control systems.
