Designing And Verifying Of Automobile Gateway For A Certain Type Of Vehicle

Under the background of breakthroughs in intelligence,internet of vehicles and 5G communication technologies,the increasing number of electronic devices in automobiles and the complexity of wiring harness have made fieldbus and automobile communication network became an irreplaceable choice for automobile manufacturers.In order to realize the signal exchange between different bus networks,the vehicle gateway can used to realize the communication between network nodes,which can not only avoid taking up too much space in the car chassis,but also can improve the efficiency and reliability of information exchange.Because the indispensable function of the gateway,make it will be widely used in a variety of production models in a long period of current and future.According to the gateway engineering design requirements of certain factory of certain vehicle,this paper designed and verified a gateway of a passenger vehicle based on freescale chip MPC5604.Its main work includes:(1)Based on the requirements provided by the vehicle factory,including gateway network topology,routing table,communication matrix and other documents,determined the scheme of designing.(2)The second chapter summarized the protocol of ISO11898 and Autosar network management,which is the basic protocol of CAN communication and provides the basic principles of communication and provides a reference for network management design.(3)According to the requirements of routing function and network management,the system simulation model was built in the CANoe environment to simulate the routing function and the Autosar network management strategy.(4)In the hardware design,this paper introduced the chip of freescale MPC5604,and then designed the minimum system,CAN module and power management module and so on.(5)In the sixth chapter,the gateway routing function program design and the network management program design was completed under the condition of meeting the requirements of ISO11898 protocol and Autosar network management protocol.(6)Two kind of test schemes were built to test the routing function of gateway,and a test case of network management policy is designed to verify the correctness of network management policy.
