Landscape Style Special Planning Of Chongwu District In Hui’an Based On Dynamic Protection

City construction is becoming extensive with rapid growth of urbanization. However, some outstanding contradictions and problems also exist in the same time. It lacks of protecting natural resources and historical landscaping, resulting thousands of alike man-made city images. General planning cannot well adapted to cultural protection in some ancient towns, causing broken of eco-revival chain and disappearing of city features. How to find balance among construction, tourism development and resource protection becoming an important research topic nowadays. Urban landscape control planning is also presented under this background. Its purpose including both protecting natural landscape and continuing cultural history. Needing adjust corresponding planning contents and protection strategies to local environment, not only keeping true history of a city, but also adapting to actual requirements of a growing city.This paper based on a combination of theory and practice, using dynamic protection concept to discuss both tourist towns Landscape planning and protection. The purpose of protection is to understand future direction, rather than adapting to environmental changes passively. Needing comprehensive thought of landscaping history, present and feature under all kinds of specific situations. Drafting reasonable protecting and developing strategies according to local environment, to influence the whole region. Taking Chongwu, Hui’an as an example, there are superior seaside ecological harbour resources and rich cultural history. Therefor, the protecting and developing strategies should start from regional resources analysis, exist problems and so on, finding its landscaping property and planning from holistic framework, putting forward the principles of control protection and guidance requirements of special control areas. In particular presenting suggestions of dynamic protection on historic Chongwu, designing the shape of the landscape on trilateral three-nod. Maximizing the unique natural ecological landscape resources in Hui’an Chongwu area, excavating historical location and varieties of urban living space.It is the key to build Chongwu area with the landscape pattern of unique style.The theme of this paper is according to President Xi "Able to see the mountains, to visible the water and to remember the old memories of hometown", on the background in promoting construction of new towns and ecological civilization, hoping through the control planning of landscape design in Chongwu to renew the famous historical cultural towns, to promote city image and attraction, offering the value of research and reference significance in coastal towns.
