| The crankshaft is one of the most important part of the internal combustion engine, and it’s stress situation was complex and the conditions of service is so bad.Crankshaft internal will produce tension, compression, torsion Stress,which will change quickly.Due to the structure of the crankshaft itself is asymmetric or symmetric structuret, the department of sudden change in structure is easy to produce the stress concentration phenomenon such as main shaft neck fillet, crank pin fillet.It is easy to appear a phenomenon of rupture under the influence of various factors.KL crankshaft is studied in this paper,the physical and chemical analysis and fatigue test analysis and simulation analysis had been done. Analysis of the crankshaft performance and the reasons for the fracture aging through comparison of experimental analysis and simulation analysis.Mainly from the following several aspects:1 3D software SolidWorks was used to do entity modeling for the crankshaft.The stress of the crankshaft under the maximum speed condition is solved.which provides the theory basis for the loading of finite element solve.2 First of all, the physico-chemical analysis was carried out on the crankshaft.A sample of the crank shaft products had been tested on bending and torsional fatigue. It argues that fatigue failure is the main reason for crankshaft fracture.3 Finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH was used to do stress analysis for the crankshaft, and obtain the single-crank stress.The dynamic stress analysis of the crankshaft on the diesel engine is carried out with the reasonable boundary conditions.The stress concentration of the crankshaft in dynamic and static conditions are obtained,compared with mechanical which come from physical and chemical analysis.Obtain that the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress of the material.The design is reasonable.4 Kinematics module of Ansys Workbench software was used to do kinematics analysis for crankshaft such as modal and fatigue.Study on the influence of the load on the fatigue life of the crankshaft.Obtain that overload and over stress are the main reasons for the failure of the crankshaft.The above method is reasonable to analyze the performance of the crankshaft, and provide reference for the improvement of the similar products. |
