As a "universal machine", air compressor is widely used in national economy and defenseconstruction, especially the micro high pressure air compressor, which is the indispensable core partof the pneumatic maneuvre system of the aircraft, tanks, ships. Workers in AVIC HongGuangAirborne Assembly Plant found that the QRJ-150type and KY-8type reciprocating piston highpressure air compressor’s crankshaft’s spline shaft have a problem of fracture failure. In order to findout the reasons and put forward solutions of the crankshaft’s spline shaft fracture failure, This topic isproposed. This topic puts the QRJ-150type air compressor as the research object, combining the theory ofair compressor and the finite element analysis to analyze the static strength fatigue modal analysis ofcrankshaft and spline shaft. A scheme is concluded by Integrated the results of finite element analysisand the situation of actual research that the replacement of the original rectangle spline shaft withinvolute spline shaft, and then using finite element analysis to prove the feasibility of the scheme, theoretically solving the problem of the crankshaft’s spline shaft fracture. The main research work is as follows:First, establish the three-dimensional model of the QRJ-150type reciprocating piston highpressure air compressor and carry on motion simulation analysis based on UG software, comparingthe analysis results with the theoretical value.Second, completing the check of static strength and fatigue strength of crankshaft by analyzingcrankshaft’s statics strength fatigue and modal through ANSYS workbench software.Third, getting a improved scheme to replace the original rectangle spline shaft with involutespline shaft by carrying on the finite element static strength fatigue analysis of the original spline shaft, eccentric spline shaft and involute spline shaft.
