Building intelligent technology is a combination of theory and practice courses. Practice teaching is an important part of the curriculum. Therefore, the construction of a set of functional and practical experimental system is an important part of teaching.This paper is based on the research background of the Building Intelligent Technology Laboratory of Guangdong University of Technology. First of all, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the old experimental system. Then, it puts forward three levels of the construction of the intelligent building experimental system:demonstration demonstration experiment, open experiment, comprehensive design experiment. At the same time, this paper designed the experiment content of three different levels of the experimental system. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the building automation system of SIEMENS, Johnson Controls, Honeywell three large companies. Several bus technologies such as LonWorks, EIB and BACnet in intelligent buildings are compared and analyzed in this paper. Finally, the comprehensive consideration of the functional and technical requirements. On this basis, the design scheme of intelligent building experimental system based on BACnet is put forward. Among them, the BACnet protocol is the basis of the integration of the experimental system.Project design mainly includes the design of experimental system layout design, design of Siemens apogee system, experimental system monitoring subsystem design, experimental system of display panels design. First, the layout of the experimental system fully considers the integrity and scalability of the experimental system. Then, this paper focuses on the analysis of typical system architecture of SIEMENS APOGEE system. Through the analysis of the experimental system to select the equipment required to constitute the most basic system. The experimental system designed in this paper mainly includes a Insight server and 25 stations. Insight server and the configuration of the workstation through the laboratory LAN network. Then, considering the actual demand of the system, the system of the experimental system is selected and designed. The experimental monitoring subsystem mainly includes:air conditioning and ventilation system, low voltage power distribution system, water supply and drainage system, lighting system. Finally, the experimental system has better experimental results. This paper designed a large experimental system of the panels. The display can show intuitive system architecture. At the same time, the design of the whole scheme takes into account the actual situation of the laboratory. The design of the project follows the scale, advanced practicality, engineering practice, and can be extended to four basic principles.The realization of the experiment system mainly includes two parts:hardware implementation and software implementation. This paper mainly through the SIEMENS APOGEE system for system integration. In this paper, the hardware and software of the experimental system initialization settings and function debugging. The realization of the function of the experimental system mainly through the server’s Insight software to realize the two development of the system function. At the same time, it can be used to install the AD VIEW configuration software workstation for the development of the system function.Finally, it is the summary of the work done in this paper. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the work of the problem, in order to follow the direction of improvement work.
