People’s increasing demand for the built environment has promoted the rapid development of intelligent buildings and building automation systems.The Building Automation and Control Network(BACnet)protocol is one of the most widely used protocols in the field of building automation.In order to meet more urgent interconnection requirements,the BACnet/IP protocol defines an optional and promising security architecture in the BACnet standard.With the application of BACnet/IP technology,the building network realizes a wider and more economical heterogeneous network interconnection through high-speed Ethernet.However,in the market environment,since major building manufacturers tend to build their own ecosystems,they are incompatible with competing products and products in the non-BACnet field are repellent,which severely hinders the development of building network interoperability and the development of building automation technology And application.BACnet smart sensors(B-SS)and BACnet smart actuators(B-SA)are increasingly used in building automation,which proportionally increases the market demand for B-SS and B-SA.However,due to domestic market factors,agreement research and development thresholds,most manufacturers who can produce excellent research and development related field instrument equipment are discouraged.Without proper system prerequisites,it is impossible to equip such related sensor s or actuators to the Ethernetbased Ba Cnet/IP network.This article studies a kind of "embedded universal module" that can be connected to some commonly used analog/digital sensors and analog/digital actuators in the domestic market,and realizes the BACnet/IP protocol,making this kind of non-standard products economical and convenient.Standard B-SS or B-SA equipment.The module developed in this article is developed based on the STM32 architecture,which enables the connected sensors and actuators to communicate stably with any standard BACnet configuration software and VTS.This module provides a "universal access module" that supports the BACnet/IP protocol for the majority of traditional small and medium-sized sensor and actuator suppliers in industrial control,which greatly reduces the technical threshold for joining the BACnet building network supply chain;For the building control field,this article has developed an "embedded universal module" that supports the BACnet/IP protocol,so that engineers in the building control field have a better choice when selecting equipment.This article starts with the research status of BACnet/IP protocol and "B-SS,B-SA module",introduces the background and research significance of this thesis;then introduces the prerequisite technical concepts of BACnet protocol architecture,message classification,object attributes,etc.And then further describe in detail the protocol model,message structure,and networking characteristics of the BACnet/IP network.After br iefly introducing the overall solution for the B-SS and B-SA device embedded modules that implement BACnet/IP,respectively A separate chapter focuses on the hardware design and software design of the module;the hardware design discussion includes chip se lection and PCB board design;while the software system focuses on the program design ideas,some key details of the protocol implementation,and finally the module is multi-faceted Validated by physical tests to confirm the validity of the subject research.
