According to the relevant data show that the Laiwu area occurred within one year of lightning bolt of lightning accident and accident accounted for more than half of the total accidents, not only caused huge loss of power, but also affect the normal operation of the whole power grid. How to reduce the distribution line lightning accident has become an important issue in the security and stability of power system. The detection of lightning current parameters is the basis of lightning current research work, the analysis provides important data support for line design of lightning protection and lightning accident.This paper aiming at the current situation of Laiwu area of lightning bolt of lightning accident and accident prone, combined with the actual needs of lightning protection line in Laiwu area to study the lightning current online detection system. This paper is mainly divided into four aspects:the first aspect of thundercloud and lightning discharge process were introduced, and then analyze the lightning current waveform, measured from the four standard equivalent waveform, waveform and spectrum in the face of lightning current waveform are introduced; second aspects according to the lightning current waveform is given recognition and acquisition method of lightning current, the realization mechanism the design of lightning current detection system is expounded; the third introduces the design principle of lightning current detection system hardware, this paper uses Rogowski coil as the sensor of lightning current detection, application of high speed analog-to-digital converter AD9226 AD sampling, using FPGA chip EP4CE30 as the data analysis processing module, realize the communication between the host computer and monitoring device the wireless ZigBee module; the fourth describes the lightning current detection device of the software development environment and the main software module Application settings, and parameter configuration software ZigBee wireless module, PC software development environment and the basic realization of the design process, and under the condition of Laboratory of lightning current detection system test.The lightning current detection system designed in this paper not only inherits the advantages of previous designs, but also takes into account the actual needs of Laiwu area. After testing and debugging, the lightning current detection device, the wireless communication and the host computer software all can work normally, and the lightning current detection function of the mine current detection system is verified in the laboratory condition.
