With the deterioration of ecological environment and energy crisis, the electric vehicles with high energy conversion efficiency, low noise and non polluting environment become the main direction of the future development of automotive industry. This paper mainly from the charge for electric service network layout planning, electric vehicle charging for electric network simulation and evaluation and electric buses charging for power plant operation pattern etc. several aspects of electric vehicle research, detailed introduces the electric vehicle charging station planning scheme, electric vehicle charging station system model and electric vehicle charging for specific power station commercial operation mode, to realize the electric vehicle charging station scientific planning and optimal operation mode provides a valuable experience.Facing the dual challenges of global energy shortage and environmental pollution, how to reduce the demand for oil, and how to develop electric vehicles and its wide use to the people’s livelihood, is the focus of national government and industry. Electric vehicle has the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, comfortable, clean, low noise, no pollution, simple operation, reliable and low cost of use, is known as the green car. The popularization and application of electric vehicles can reduce our country’s dependence on oil resources, ensure national energy security, maintain social and economic sustainable development, meet the needs of people in the future, more in line with the national industrial and energy development strategy. Electric vehicles will be the future of China’s major transport vehicles.In the process of promoting the popularization of electric vehicles, many problems need to be solved. The first is in the charging service network distribution planning, due to the received electric vehicle technology and battery technology, electric cars in the endurance and the lack, so it is necessary to at the beginning of the application should be in the planning, site selection, charging station layout, to ensure a reasonable service network. When the network has begun to take shape, it also brings about new problems, such as cooperative control, dispatching and operation mode, load forecasting and so on. If you want to develop electric vehicles to the scale of operations, it is necessary to use a corresponding efficient operation mode, which requires the strengthening of charging facilities, charging mode, operating mode, operating costs, economic benefits, etc..To sum up a few aspects of the problem, this paper will be in accordance with the electric car from the primary stage to the popularization of the process, by charging for electric service network distribution planning, service network simulation, the grid coordination control and operation mode of several aspects of research and analysis.
