| At present, many studies have been done on the characteristics of electric vehicle charging stations both at home and abroad. But most studies merely focused on the perspective of the interests of the electric power enterprise. There is no enough comprehensive concern considering all kinds of social factors influence the electric car charging.This paper aims at the electric vehicle charging station planning, considering the three demands of the government, the power supply enterprise and the users, and establishes a charging station planning evaluation indices. Then, to evaluate the evaluation indices, the paper puts forward an improved method of the assessment of site selection integrating Delphi methodã€analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and grey evaluation. This method through modifying the single evaluation index, gets a evaluation method (unit combination scheme)for charging station siting.Then, for the planning of electric vehicle power station, it uses the theory of charging demand district unifying power network and traffic network together. Transform the planning of charging station for the planning of upper centralized electricity vehicle charging station and the lower battery charging station, and through the weighted factors reflecting the influence of the upper for the lower. Eventually, using the evaluation method mentioned and greedy algorithm to do the planning.Finally, analysis the charging modes. The leading operation mode is divided into: government leading mode, enterprise leading mode and user mode. The charging operation mode is divided into:vehicle filling mode and battery changing mode. Compare the economical value of different charging modes and establishes a comparison function model considering the economy influence for the power grid. |
