With the constant increasing stress of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,electric vehicles with green,environmental protection and energy sustainability are attracting more and more attention from governments and international organizations.Battery replacement and battery direct charging are the two main energy replenishment methods for electric vehicles.Among them,the electric vehicle conversion station is the main embodiment of the battery replacement energy supply mode,which has achieved even better results in reducing the adverse impact on the distribution network,using the peak-to-valley difference of the grid to obtain higher economy,maintaining uniform maintenance of the battery and improving battery life.The lack of charging strategy for electric vehicle substation and the imperfection of capacity optimization model have become important constraints to limit the development of electric vehicle substation.Therefore,it is proposed that the charging strategy and capacity optimization model of electric vehicle substation are the focus and hotspot of current research.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of electric vehicle power station,and finds the starting point and innovation direction.Then it briefly introduces the layout structure and basic operation of electric vehicle power station considering the ladder use of battery.Meanwhile modeling and analysis of the charging model of the power battery.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the commutation behavior of standard electric vehicles and non-standard electric vehicles,and quantitatively analyzes the power-changing requirements of different types of electric vehicles.Based on the above analysis,a power-changing strategy considering ladder battery utilization is proposed.Thirdly,this paper proposes a new charging strategy for electric vehicle substation,which is divided into four situations according to the battery reserve of the cold and hot spare area of the battery,and gives the charging strategies of electric vehicle substation under the different situations.The actual example shows that the electric charging strategy proposed in this paper can effectively achieve the expected goal.Finally,based on the orderly change of the power change strategy and power station charging strategy,a optimization model of power charging station which takes into account the service availability penalty function is constructed.The model takes the power battery reserve and the number of chargers as variables,and the highest comprehensive income of the power station is the objective function,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization.The analysis of the example shows that the optimization model proposed in this paper can determine the optimal capacity of the power station under the premise of ensuring the availability of the electric vehicle service,and effectively balance the contradiction between the availability of the service and the economics of the power station.It has certain reference significance for the investment construction and operation management of electric vehicle power station.
