With the Rolling Stock towards to high speed in China, the actual service environment of vehicle components has become much more worsen. The EMU body endure alternating load and random load in the long term, and its safety and reliability has to be more and more attention. Reasonable preparation of the body acting load spectrum is the basis for the fatigue strength of the research body, and this thesis did the following researches about EMU body’s load spectrum:Set up finite element model of the body structure, and import the finite element results into SIMPACK dynamics software to establish EMU body rigid-flexible coupling multibody system dynamics model, Simulated the vehicle at different service conditions of acceleration load-time history, averaging acceleration correction,using MATLAB program obtain the role of each condition dynamic simulation load spectrum.By proper extrapolation of the measured vehicle acceleration load-time history, obtain vehicle front & rear wheel turnings around 15 million kilometers of actual load spectrum; From the point of view of fatigue damage, compare the measured load line damage and EN12663-1:2010 standards set forth in the fatigue loads on the body caused by the action,Found that specified in the standard conservative, fatigue test load may be specified in the EN 12663-1:2010 standard models bench test fatigue strength.This paper also research on the bench body fatigue test load acceleration method, By increasing the amplitude and compression test of time, Obtain applicable to this type of high-speed EMU body fatigue loading acceleration test bench load spectrum.
