In recent years,Chinese high-speed railway business grow quickly,our independent research high-speed train CRH3 become one of the world's fastest Electric Multiple Unit(EMU).As an important component of the train body,the bonding strength of the window directly affects the safety of the train.During actual operation,the window shedding event has appeared,which brings hidden trouble to the passengers' personal safety and train operation.window tension strength test bench is designed to test the bonding strength of side window of CRH3 EMU and the aging of adhesive.The test bench provide reliable data assurance for the window bonding process and has a great meaning for improving the operation of EMU.Based on the the destructive test data of the CRH3 EMU window which is 43 t and design parameters of the window structure,choose the chain drive test bed for the optimal design through the comparison of different design schemes.The three-dimensional model of the hydraulic power system,ball hinge actuator,chain sprocket,screw lead lifting system and floating supporttest bench is established,Using Hypermesh and ANSYS software to give the whole structure and parts of the test bed finite element joint simulation analysis.The analysis results show that each component is subjected to the strength requirements of the material used.The stability analysis of the test bed was carried out by using the eigenvalue buckling analysis method.The results show that the stability of the test bed is good.The MPC algorithm is used to analyze the contact components of the test bench,The results show that the contact stress of each component is less than the allowable stress of the material.the test bed design is reasonable and reliable.The design and finite element analysis of the test bench,providing equipment protection for the window bonding strength and adhesive aging test.
