Student Dormitory Engineering Construction Quality Control Of Qindao College

Along with China’ s development and technology advancement, the construction of student dormitory project put forward higher requirements for construction quality. However, there is a "heavy benefit light quality" phenom enon in our dorm itory building construction projects, and even suffered engineering accident dorm itory collapsed, causing a serious loss of life a nd property. Therefor e, to im prove the students’ dormitory project quality and to study the quality control of construction of dormitory building is great significance.Qingdao Science University Qindao college student dorm itory building construction quality problems were analyzed by three stages of construction quality control methods and comprehensive quality management in this paper. comprehensive quality management included "4M1E" five quality influence factors.First of all, the paper introduced the Qingdao Institu te of University Qindao college student dormitory building engineering construction present quality problems, and summarizes the con struction characteristics of the project and the construction process and explores the quality problems in the construction process on the "4M1E".Then the paper analyzed construction qua lity problems in this pro ject by the three stage quality control method, and puts forward some improvement measures. In the quality control of "controlling in advance", the project establish the quality control work of the quality m anagement system, the preparation of construction organization plan and technical information and documents such as construction preparation stage. In the qua lity control of "controlling", the project stre ngthen the quality control process, set up quality control concrete quality control work of the project and quality control and construction process. In the quality control of "controlling in the thing afterwards", the project pay attention to weak links of engineering quality processing, engineering quality inspection procedures and methods and quality inspection reports and technical documents.Finally, the paper res earch and analysis construction quality control problems presented in the third chapter and the fourth chapter by total quality m anagement in “4M1E”, and gave the construction quality control measures. In the “4M1E”, th e human quality influence the c onstruction quality of the w hole project, is the m ost important influence. Machinery and equipment is an important material foundation of modernization construction, has an im portant influence on the construction quality control must considering the construction site conditions, construction requirem ents, construction technology and other situation, the reasonabl e mechanical equipment, and do a good job in the examination of machinery and equipment maintenance work. Establish and im prove the quality of bu ilding materials management system and control basis, establish the material quality inspection system, is strictly prohib ited without inspection m aterials, unqualified materials entering the construction. The correct construction m ethod can ensure th e construction target is successfully completed, to achieve economic benefits and improve the quality and efficiency of the project synchronization. Environmental f actors can be divide d into the natura l environment and social environm ent. Improper construction or lack of the consciousness of environmental protection, not only will cause quality acciden t, the project downtime, and will cause s erious damage to the environm ent. Therefore, to the project person in charge, to operation personnel, the environmental factors must not have the slightest relaxation, and take the responsibility system for environmental protection, strengthen the inspection and supervision measures.
