So we need to improve its reliability, availability and so on.Meanwhile,Modern enterprises are more focused on its state of making economic income.Maintenance costs is an important part of the Railway Passenger Car expense.So reducing the maintenance costs by its maintenance department is required.Most of the existing maintenance systems have the presence of "excessive maintenance" or "lack of maintenance", which can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the railway passenger car, So the reform of the railway passenger car’s maintenance schedule is urgent.Firstly, analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign railway passenger car’s maintenance system, in order to identify deficiencies of the Maintenance System of our own; then introduce the definition, classification and the common pattern of our railway passenger car failure,and then discuss the analysis method of the commom failure.Finally take the common 209P bogie of the railway passenger car as example.introducing the analysis procedure of the Failure Mode and Effective Analysis(FMEA) in detail. Analysis shows the failure of the 209P bogie mainly include wheelset bearing fault and vibration and sound of bogie.and on that basis analyzes the cause and effect of the main failure of the bogie.and some measures solving the problem are put forward.Secondly,analyze the Theoretical Basis of the maintenance system research of our railway passenger car,introducing the grade of the railway passenger car maintenance division, maintenance cycle and its structure set.In addition, the introduction of the railway passenger car breakdowns definition of fault classification and fault mode; then discusses the common failure analysis methods; Finally passenger train 209P Case Bogies Details of the failure mode and effect analysis step of, the main failure mode obtained 209P bogie, impact analysis shows that failure was mainly bogie and bogie wheel fault vibration and abnormal sound, on this basis, analyze the causes and impact of major bogie of failure and propose solutions measures.Moreover, this article describes the common life distribution life of the key components of the railway passenger car, discusses the life prediction method, establishes the life distribution model of the key pars of the railway passenger car. The research bases on regular maintenance cycle model of the reliability, economy and maximum availability, and makes use of multi-objective fuzzy decision method taking the above three factors into account establishes the optimization model of the regular maintenance cycle,studies maintenance mode for logical decision the railway passenger car.Finally, we also studies the key link in the state predicted repairment——State Prediction, this paper introduces the current study of the relatively mature BP neural network to the state prediction of the key parts of the railway passenger car,analysis shows that BP neural network is able to conduct state prediction of the key parts of the railway passenger car,wth a high accuracy prediction,which lays certain foundation of the promotion of the state predicted repairment. |
