Explosive field damage parameters are important indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of weapon killing.Accurate measurement of explosion-related information is of great significance for weapon development and protection design.Damage signals related to the explosion field include shock wave pressure,temperature field,fragment distribution,and electromagnetic field distribution.At present,most of the measurements of explosion signals are for one of the parameters.The biggest disadvantage of this measurement method is that the signals are not in the same time and space reference,which is not conducive to the comprehensive analysis of the damage effects of the blast.First of all,the test methods and key technologies of various signals in explosion fields were studied.At present,the transient magnetic field test method in the blast field is not yet mature.In this paper,the micro-magnetic flux-gate sensor is used to design the magnetic field test system.The static characteristics of the Helmholtz coil are analyzed,and the magnetic field test system is used in a small equivalent explosion environment.Verified.For the shock wave pressure test,a new flexible thin film sensing test method was explored.A thin film sensor was self-made and the dynamic response characteristics of the test system were analyzed through a shock tube.For the contact explosion temperature test,a filter compensation model based on particle swarm algorithm was established to reduce the temperature measurement error.At the same time,a multi-parameter storage test system for explosion fields was designed to achieve acquisition and storage of electromagnetic and shock wave pressur e as well as temperature signals.To achieve a unified reference for multiple signals in the time dimension,not only to observe the order of arrival of each signal directly,but also provides a traceable basis for analyzing mutual interference between sign als(such as electromagnetic interference).The current storage test system is composed of sensors,conditioning circuits,controllers,memories,and power supplies.It is plac ed in a protective housing and is buried in an explosion field.After the test is compl eted,the measurement results are read by computer software.This paper focuses on th e characteristics of multiple signals and studies the issues of system triggering and par titioned storage,achieved a multi-parameter storage test hardware circuits design and v erified the system function.
