With the innovation and application of aviation technology, the aviation industry in China has entered a period of rapid development. Under the condition of meeting the safety of aviation seat, it has become an urgent problem to be solved in the aviation industry to improve the comfort of aviation seat so as to meet the needs of the market competition.In the research and development of pilot seat, it is particularly important to design a comfortable back. A certain type of pilot seat back which is provided by the enterprise is the study object in this paper. According to the design requirements, this paper makes use of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping manufacturing integration technology for the back of the research and development. First of all, the paper adopts non-contact measurement method to get the point cloud data with a laser scanner; secondly, data processing, such as noise reduction, streamlining and encapsulation; then by Polygon processing, surface modeling and surface reconstruction model accuracy evaluation obtains conforms to the design requirements of the 3D surface model; finally, the reconstructed model is manufactured by stereo lithography method to get back molding sample and precision analysis of molding sample. This paper effectively solves the complex space curved surface of the backrest of solid sample with a development problem, improves product quality, shortens the development cycle, and has certain practical value.
