The servomechanism has become more and more widely with the development of power electronics technology, microprocessor(DSP) technology and modern control theory. The BLDC motor as a kind of servomechanism is the ideal controlled object of servomechanism, which has the characteristics simple structure, easy to control, convenient maintenance and reliability of common induction motor, and also has high efficiency, speed performance and no excitation loss and other advantages of the DC motor.This paper analyzes the mathematical model, and discusses the motor of the conventional control methods and their shortcomings by the structure and the basic working principle of PM BLDC motor as a starting point, and also establish the use of current loop and speed loop control strategy of adjusting control by including the control method of CMAC. In order to improve the precision and the following response performance, the current loop uses the conventional PI regulation. For the speed loop, compared with conventional only PID control by using the CMAC and PID compound control and with the help of MATLAB platform to build model for simulation of the algorithms. Simulation results show that, composite regulation performance compared with the conventional PID control has better anti-jamming and shorter response speed.This design is as the core of the whole hardware system by TMS320F28035,including DSP chip and its peripheral circuits. For the design of drive plate, contains the power drive circuit, signal detecting circuit and fault protection circuit. The modules and components used in the design process are analyzed and selected, the design of the hardware system is also considered in the over-voltage, over current protection, for enhancing the reliability of the system.The software design of servomechanism is described with the help of the CCS environment on the system of software design, on the basis of theoretical analysis and Simulation, including the main program, position capture interruption, interruption of communication, the realization of current loop and speed loop algorithm and fault protection off, and program flow chart are drawn. After above steps, the motor is running experiments through hardware and software joint debug mode, and collect the experimental wave forms. From the experimental results can be seen servomechanism has good dynamic and static performance and has a wide speed range, for investigation and practical application of the system of lay the foundation.
