| The requirement of modern civil engineering should be of higher efficiency, higher accuracy and lower cost, even more automotive and informationized. But the traditional optical leveling survey is obviously hard to meet the requirements, it is imperative to popularize the hydrostatic leveling system(HLS). And there are some universal problem for the hydrostatic levels which have been developed, including high cost, reading errors and no enough related equipment.Aiming at these shortcomings of HLS, this thesis focus on the following specific content:(1) Combined the technology of capacitive digital caliper and hydrostatic levelling instrument, the automatic leveling and direct-reading settlement viewer was developed, which can read the data directly during the monitoring with no additional the submarine cable and the intelligent reading instrument, insignificantly improving price performance ratio of engineering measure.(2) The relevant principle was studied and the sources of error were analyzed in order to reduce the mechanical errors and the environment errors during the design process.(3) The operation of this equipment for application in practical engineering was outlined based on the existing measurement standards. On this basis, the engineering applications of this equipment was carried out.(4) Based on the calibration test and metrology accreditation as well as engineering application, this equipment was proved to have meet design requirement at accuracy, stability and economy. Meanwhile, the shortage of the thesis research and the future study direction were also discussed. |
