Biochar have a wide range of function in agriculture and light industry and other fields. Biochar from agricultural waste biomass can achieve "change waste into treasure". Research on biomass coking equipment comprehensive utilization of biomass has very important significance.For existing biomass pyrolysis carbonization means only for several biomass materials, expensive, raw material transport is limited in scope, most laboratory experiments centralized production equipment and large-scale equipment, suited to decentralized rural biomass feedstocks. External heating energy, high energy consumption, and high cost. By combining resources, raw material distribution at low cost is easy for rural extension direction. Carbonization pyrolysis apparatus developed without external heating energy, low cost, simple operation, strong adaptability of raw materials, it is possible to achieve local charring, requires local use, and easy for the rural extension and other advantages. But also so that the original agricultural and forestry wastes turning waste into treasure.The main contents of this task be completed as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the biomass pyrolysis carbonization process understanding the pros and cons contrast pyrolysis carbonization technology, the existing domestic and carbonization pyrolysis apparatus determine the design direction of biomass pyrolysis carbonization device is:indirect self-igniting, intermittent, removable without any pretreatment formula.(2)The completion of the pyrolysis carbonization overall design. Through analysis and comparison of domestic and carbonization pyrolysis technique and apparatus, combined with the corresponding theoretical data and design experience, to determine all the parameters of biomass pyrolysis carbonization device, which means innovation is that no charring biomass-pressure crushed tying carbonized energy demand is an indirect self-igniting, removable charring biomass pyrolysis apparatus. Compared with the traditional carbonization pyrolysis apparatus which requires no external energy, can be moved, recovering biogas, bio-oil can be secondary use.(3) By Fluent software for the pyrolysis carbonization carbonization chamber interior temperature field simulation and analysis of the gas flow in the combustion chamber to do simulation and analysis.
