Biomass power plant as a new energy power plant is an inevitable trend of global energy saving and environmental protection development.Biomass power plant plays a crucial role in both distributed power supply and large grid power supply.The paper is based on the construction of Wuchang City biomass power plant.The research includes the electrical design of biomass power plants,the design of biomass power plant access systems,the calculation of carbon emissions from biomass power plants,and the design of black biomass power plant programs.Biomass power plant electrical design includes main wiring scheme selection,short-circuit current calculation,and main electrical equipment selection;according to the geographical location of Wuchang Biomass Power Plant and the surrounding power grid conditions,a reasonable grid access plan is designed,and power flow analysis is performed.It shows that under normal operation and N-1 operation mode,the biomass power plant operates with the reasonable voltage at each node and no overload on the relevant lines.This paper will use baselines and monitoring methodologies to analyze and calculate the annual carbon reduction of biomass power plants.Helping biomass power plants achieve significant economic benefits in the carbon trading market;The black-start diesel generating set was optimized and given a constant capacity,and the black start program of the biomass power plant was given,which was favorable to the rapid restoration of power plant production after a blackout and provided the black grid with the initial power supply for the regional grid.Biomass power plant as a low carbon clean energy can not only solve the problem of uneven regional power supply,but also contribute to environmental protection and carbon emissions.The research results of this paper have been partially applied to the construction of Wuchang biomass power plant,which has the main guiding significance for the planning and utilization of biomass power generation in the northern region.
