Solar energy is the most abundant renewable energy, which has unique advantages and great development potential, it has already obtained the widespread attention at present, but there is still a long way to to make full use of solar energy. Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) is a new kind of solar energy utilization form, combining solar energy and building together, solving huge building consumption problem by a superior energy utilization way, is a brand new architecture concept of "energy generation from building".This paper is according to 2.1MW BIPV project of Qingdao Tgood company, carries out an in-depth study from three aspects of key technology of BIPV, system design and project implementation. BIPV has essential relation with ordinary solar, which determines that they have close ties in key technology areas such as power generation, control and inverter. In this paper, we study the key technology and apply them in actual project. We also make a detailed research and discussion based on BIPV system design and implementation from preliminary work such as BIPV project resource investigation, site construction circumstance and analysis of project benefit to project implementation such as key equipment selection, installation, operation and maintenance. Finally, combining BIPV and actual demand of micro-grid control, we propose a BIPV power generation forecasting model based on grey support vector machine, The simulation results show the correctness, effectiveness of this method.
