Entering the 21 st century, a new opportunity for the development of Chinese hydraulic hammer industry is appearing. High frequency hammer as a new type of broken equipment has been preliminarily studied and paid attention to. The development of high frequency hammer is bound to accelerate the innovation of the crushing industry in our country. Now, the research of high frequency hammer provide theoretical basis to the later development of high frequency hammer. Based on a certain type of high frequency hammer, the characteristics of movement and vibration are studied.Firstly, This article expounds the research background, significance and current situation of high frequency hammer. The basic structure and principle of high frequency hammer are introduced. The virtual prototype of high frequency hammer is established to analyze the characteristics of gear box, vibration and the upper and lower connecting rod, and the other parameters of gear is checked, so that we can make sure the accuracy of the power output. The simulation of the movement of high frequency hammer and complex kinematics formula are established to calculate the basic motion law of high frequency hammer.Secondly, two different ways of simulation are proposed by MATLAB and ADAMS. One is followed through the simulink control of the movement of high frequency hammer in ADAMS, the other is simulated in ADAMS by generating spline curve. The ideal speed under the different conditions of rock crushing is obtained, which provides a new thought of different working environment. The forced vibration analysis and modal analysis are carried on. The intrinsic mode, modal participation factor and vibration frequency response are studied to help find better type of knife row, which improves the existing designs.Finally, the experiment is carried out to measure the data of kinetic parameters. The results agree with the result of simulation, which verify the accuracy of the high frequency hammer simulation. At the same time, it provides experiment basis for the research on high frequency hammer.This article mainly introduces the vibration of high frequency hammer. It provides the theoretical and experimental basis for high frequency hammer and has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
