With the rapid development of modern science and technology, people’s living standard continues to rise, while the energy shortage and environmental pollution have become more and more serious. Distributed energy system has been widely concerned, because of the efficient energy savings, low carbon and environmental protection. As a typical distributed energy supply system, CCHP achieved the efficient usage of energy by combining heating, cooling and power generation under guidance of energy cascade utilization principle, it has become the global research hot focus.In CCHP, the optimal control system is the core instruction system in the running system. Development and testing of optimal control system has always been the difficulty of CCHP, for the reason of complex systemic structure and the high energy coupling. Therefore, the development of CCHP testing system has great significance in promoting its development.This topic is from "new efficient biomass gas generator development and CCHP demonstration application" of the national "863" project. On the basis of hybrid simulation test system designed by this paper, the testing and verification of a certain optimized control system has been accomplished. The main task of this thesis is as following:Firstly, in order to solve the shortcomings of the previous simulation system, the overall structure of a CCHP combined simulation test system is designed, more flexible and convenient in testing the control system. The overall structure includes simulation system and optimization control system. The paper will introduce the main equipment of the systems.Secondly, according to the overall structure of the CCHP, the software design of the system is carried out to finish the whole system. Testing and verification of the system proves that the system has high reliability after construction of the system.Thirdly, taking a school as the simulation background, the design of the cold and heat supply system is designed, its energy flow process is analyzed, and the construction of this system is accomplished on TRNSYS.Finally, according to the strategy of the ordering power by heat and pricing electricity based on heat, optimizing control system is designed and tested its stability and reliability through the combined heat and power (CHP) for hybrid simulation test system.The two optimization experiment show that the design of the control system can ensure that the CCHP system is stable.
