The Combined Cooling Heating and Power system can realize energy cascade utilization, and the Ground Source Heat Pump system has the characteristics of high COP. The hybrid system which is the integration of CCHP and GSHP has a positive significance to further reduce energy consumption, and reduce pollutant emissions.Taking a 100,000 m2 area in Qingdao as the research object. By applying the multi-objective programming approach, the optimal schemes and operation strategies of the hybrid system of following the thermal load mode(FTL), following the electric load mode(FEL) and the mixed mode are obtained respectively. Taking the separate supply system and Ground Source Heat Pump system as the reference object, the performance of economic, energy saving, environmental protection of the five systems are compared. Finally, concluding the advantages and disadvantages of each system.First of all, typical buildings model in the region are established, and using the DeST software and the area index to calculate the hourly cooling, heating and electricity load respectively, in order to provide the basis for the optimization of the hybrid system.Secondly, the composition and working process of the hybrid system, GSHP system and the separate supply system are discussed. On this basis, the energy flow balance equation, and the efficiency of equipment load and constraint equation are established. Then, the hybrid system was optimized by the multi-objective programming method, including the operation analysis and system configuration of hybrid system under FTL mode, TEL mode, mixed mode. And the operation strategy of each equipment under the three modes is analyzed in the paper. Finally, the hybrid system is analyzed and evaluated under the three modes from three aspects of performance of economic, energy saving, environmental protection, and the separate supply system and GSHP system as the benchmark for comparison. Then, concluding the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Ultimately concluded, FEL mode is the optimal in the comprehensive index. The hybrid system studied in this thesis can provide a choice for the electricity of CCHP system can't access grid and provide a reference for the application in the region.
