The Research On Inheritance On Context Of The Small Towns’ Street Space In Tianfu New District In Sichuan

Street space is an important part of the small towns, is also the most direct area that people can feel the culture of the small towns directly.It not only bear the traffic function of the small towns, as well is the mainly space for people’s Daily life and communication, but also is the material carrier of the culture of small towns.However, with the rapid development of urbanization, the construction of the street space is also accelerating.Fast street construction causes the regional feature of the street space suffering constantly hit.street style began to become "thousand street side".The newly-built street can’t reflect the regional environment and humanistic characteristics of small towns.The disappearance of the regional culture characteristics and the fracture of context in street space of small towns,weakens the people atmosphere and charm in the street obviously.Most small towns in Sichuan Tianfu New District are built long ago and have a rich cultural heritage.In recent years, the rapid development of urbanization of Tianfu district has brought great impact to the culture of the small towns.Street space.as the the main carrier of urban culture.is changing its cultural characteristics gradually.trending to modernization,thus losing its unique geographical and cultural characteristics.leading the context of the street space broken.The paper takes the street space of the small towns in Tianfu new district as the main research object,starting from the angle of cultural protection.draw lessons from the domestic and foreign cultural protection of street space and the humanization design of street space,according to the actual situation of street space of the small towns in Tianfu New District,using the knowledge of urban and rural planning, sociology, psychology, behavioral science and other disciplines comprehensively.summarizes the strategies and methods for Tianfu town streets cultural heritage.Firstly.this paper analyzes the context of street space elements,basing on the research of Kevin Lynch’s five elements of city image.combing with the characteristics of the street space,summers up the five elements of context of the street space.that is street plan form, street space interface, street node, street scale and street space sign.By comparing the cultural characteristics in the street space of the small towns in Tianfu new district between traditional street space and modern street space, summer up the key points of the cultural heritage in street space,that is the continuation of the street space,the keeping of the street space scale.the remodeling of street space interface,the updating of street node.the extraction of spatial information symbols.After clearing the essentials of the cultural heritage, the author analyze the present situation of the five street context of the small towns in Tianfu new district,summarizes the relationship between the five factors and people’s behavior and psychological,and concludes the factors affecting the the cultural heritage of street space of small towns in Tianfu new district. Based on the results of the research above, the author puts forward the strategies and methods of how to inherit the context of street space of small towns in Tianfu new district.Finally.through the real case-the context inheritance of the street space in Taiping town,the feasibility of the method is proved.The context of street space of the small towns in Tianfu new district is the results of regional cultural accumulation within a certain period of time.Through the research on the cultural inheritance of the street space,I hope that the street space which has the features of regional culture and vibrant can be extended, and the fun activities in the streets can be restored.
