By means of analysis test method of electric hoist which generally backward and requirement of electric hoist efficiency whose Chinese government, at the same time,combining with development present situation and future development direction of electric hoist in china, put forward the development of energy-efficient electric hoist comprehensive performance test rig.Based on the analysis of national and industry standards and the relevant national safety and technical rules of electric hoist, have designed the overall scheme of electric hoist test rig according to the standards and the rules, include the overall structure of test rig, the automatic control system and hardware and software of testing system.Put forward the smooth loading scheme based on variable pump loading system according to GB/T 3811-2008 the impact of dynamic load up for cranes metal structure, and developed the loading device based on variable pump, so as to realize the steady load in the process of electric hoist test.According to the requirement of the GB/T 30028-2013 about electric hoist test method of energy efficiency, put forward the scheme of electric hoist test of energy efficiency, and on the test rig. On this basis, to analyze measurement uncertainty of the energy efficiency value of electric hoist, and find out the main factors that influence energy efficiency value in the process of the measurement and the method that improve measurement results, in the end offer a proposal that the measuring power supply as methods of arbitration in energy efficiency test of electric hoist.
