China is emphasizing the priority of industrial energy conservation when the issue of energy is increasingly gaining the global attention.Energy efficiency testing and evaluation provide theoretical and application support for the energy efficiency supervision of electric hoist,a typical representative of special equipment whose consumption is huge and trend is grim.Therefore,the standard test for electric hoist is in urgent needs of a system integrating automatic test,data acquisition and energy efficiency grading and factor evaluation.This thesis first introduces the research significance of the subject,the research review at home and abroad for the energy efficiency evaluation methods and testing devices of electric hoist.According to the demand,the detection and evaluation index system are presented,and the overall scheme of energy efficiency evaluation and testing is designed.Energy efficiency evaluation carries out absolute evaluation and relative evaluation respectively for the quantitative index system of grade classification and the qualitative index system of factor evaluation.Absolute evaluation screens index by using correlation coefficient,evaluates the index and grading based on the multiple linear regression;The relative evaluation uses the discerption matrix to reduce index,carries on the combination weight for the index based on the improved entropy weight method and the rough set theory,and finally uses the fuzzy evaluation method to carry on the relative evaluation to each sample and qualitative index;then,an instance analysis of the above steps is given.The energy efficiency testing system is designed in a modular way for end device,backend program and APP respectively.End device based on the existing acquisition device improves the design in communication,storage,automated testing and etc.to support uploading the collection of information and query for basic information;Back-end program carries out micro-services architecture design for business requests,data analysis and report feedback,etc.Applicating HBase to store multi-level index data ensures its high availability through deployment and backup;APP uses IOS Swift to conduct component-based agile development,and supports BLE subscription to collect data frames,data parsing and caching and display,and back-end request.Finally,energy efficiency testing system is tested in communication,storage and interaction.The results show that the theory and application meet the design requirements.
