| Energy saving is an important measure for solving the problem of energyand environment, which can also help to improve the quality and efficiencyof economic growth. Cranes using electric hoist are the largest amount andfastest-growing ones. In order to promote energy saving of electric hoists, itis imperative to formulate a set of electric hoists’ energy efficiency standards.Theoretical and experimental research on electric hoists’ energy efficiency isthe foundation of formulating rational energy efficiency standards. Therefore,this study has great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, electric hoists are reduced to a multiaxial electric drivesystem model. Firstly, based on steady-state mathematic model of three-phaseasynchronous motor, we qualitatively analyzed electric hoists’ performancecharacteristics and energy transfer in a single working circle and developedthe concept of energy efficiency coefficient. Secondly, based on transient mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous motor, we discussedelectric hoists’ energy efficiency mathematical model and simulation modeland the influence of two factors quantitatively. Thirdly, through comparisonof simulation and test results, the rules obtained from simulation werevalidated. Additionally, the differences between simulation and test resultsare analyzed. Finally, based on the rules derived from theoretical analysis andexperiment results, we gave some preliminary suggestions on electric hoists’energy efficiency test. |
