At present,the society is actively responding to energy-saving and emission-reduction policies,and moving towards an environment-friendly society.As a kind of lifting equipment,electric hoist is widely used and consumes a lot of energy each year,so it is of great significance to do well in energy-saving work of electric hoist.This paper develops a simple and easy to use electric hoist energy efficiency measurement device,which has very important practical significance.It is helpful to the development of energy efficiency supervision of electric hoist,and promote investment of electric hoist energy-saving technology by the manufacturers.The paper firstly introduces the working principle and energy efficiency measurement method of electric hoist,and analyzes the functional requirements of the energy efficiency measurement device in detail.Then the core components is selected,and the general design scheme is determined,which using the ARM processor as the main control unit and the load height data adopting ZigBee wireless network transmission.Then,the hardware circuit design is performed,mainly including the minimum system circuit,data storage circuit,communication circuit,IO port driving circuit,power supply circuit,etc.,and the selection of each device in the circuit is explained.Then,for the embedded software of the electric hoist energy efficiency measurement device,the ?C/OS-? real-time operating system is transplanted.The software functions are divided into multiple tasks to achieve,which can improve the system real-time performance and reduce the software complexity,and is easy to maintain in the later period.Then it decribes the specific implementation of ZigBee communication and the design of human-computer interaction interfac,and decribes the implementation of Android client software,which plays as an auxiliary role.Finally,the electric hoist energy efficiency measurement device developed in this paper is tested on the electric hoist test bench,and the results show that the design requirements are satisfied.
