With the rapid development of economy, the national happiness index rose sharply, and the automobile manufacturing industry also developed vigorously. However, the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles has made the problem of traffic congestion more and more serious. How to alleviate road congestion and save energy and reduce emissions has become a hot topic of constant concern to the nation. As one of the most basic modes of transportation for residents, conventional bus has a solid foundation of operating a large number of vehicles and a long operating line.It has rich operating experience, but it also has many improvements.Scheduling optimization problem,so this article focuses on conventional public traffic bus lines to repeat the bi-level programming theory considered stretch of road capacity configuration problems, through the bus departure interval combination optimization to realize the residents travel cost and weighted and bus enterprise operation cost minimum, the allocation of the smallest. This paper summarizes the existing research results and proposes an optimization model of capacity allocation considering repeated sections.By changing the weight coefficient and passenger flow, the influence of interval optimization on travel cost and operation cost of bus companies is also given back. This article first from conventional bus and rail traffic two kind of way to travel site coverage, line network density, line repetition coefficient, the number of operating vehicles, and operating range of urban public transportation present situation analysis, existing problem to urban public traffic is classified and summarized and draw out the paper research the concept of bus lines repeated sections. Then, the influence factors of the conventional bus transport capacity are analyzed. Then, the paper analyzes the importance of the research on the collaborative optimization of bus routes from the government, bus operators and passengers.Secondly, starting from the principle of conventional bus capacity allocation, the paper analyzes the capacity allocation optimization of bus routes' repeated sections by using the theory of double-layer planning and Logit model. To residents' travel cost and bus enterprise operation cost minimum and weighted as the top goal, with the aim to lower bus companies the allocation smallest bi-level programming model, through changing the departure interval of two lines,to achieve the residents travel cost and bus weighted and minimum operation cost, and the smallest capacity configuration, the bus company with a genetic algorithm for its solution. Then, the bus scheduling optimization with repeated sections is analyzed.Whether to consider the bus schedule of repeated sections has certain influence on the bus line capacity allocation, bus departure interval and comprehensive cost.It is of practical significance to consider the bus scheduling optimization of repeated sections in order to reduce the phenomenon of bus trains and avoid the waste of public resources.Under different weight coefficient, the line A and B maximum peak hour passenger flow at different situation issued workshop combined with weight coefficient function relation, and the residents' travel cost increased gradually in the process of weight coefficient, the total cost will increase. In different traffic situations, the line A and B of the peak hour traffic are largest in repeat sections, when fixed with different parameters, get the departure interval with the passengers and the total cost of the bus companies change trend, the maximum peak hour traffic and the total cost of the bus companies change trend, the total stop time and the changing rule of the departure intervals. Finally, the work content, conclusion and innovation points of this paper are summarized, and the future research direction is proposed.
