The library is an agency that it can collect material, tidy the book and collect books for people reading and reference. While in university campus, library is a landmark building. The quality of the design and construction of library are directly related to cultural atmosphere of university.Nowadays, many universities are building new campus in order to change education environment. Library is the key construction of campus building. Construction enterprises want to stand out in many competitors, so it need not only the advanced construction technology and construction equipment but also a set of scientific and effective means of construction management. The construction organization design has become the basis of project management for construction enterprises as a guidance document of the library construction and management of the construction enterprise.Construction organization design helps construction enterprise realize maximization objective, and helps them Construction enterprise can correctly handle kinds of contradictions between people and things, supply and consumption, time and space, professional and coordination, quality and quantity, production and management, technology and equipment. The main content of construction includes the foundation, main body structure, energy saving, fire and other projects. Construction stage of library should observe the sequence of starting from underground to ground and from civil to decorating, and then installation engineering should arrange construction of the separated parts of a project. So, completing the construction organization design before construction is very important.Conduct anti-crack mortar of exterior wall thermal insulation on the experiment to study the mechanical behavior of cement mortar between hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose content of 0%,0.16%,0.32%,0.40%,0.55%, and polypropylene fiber volume content of 0 kg/m3,2 kg/m3 by doped fiber volume rate. Through splitting tensile test, it is concluded that the tensile value of anti-crack mortar incorporating polypropylene fiber mortar is higher than those without incorporating fiber. With increase of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose content, tensile strength decreased first and then increased, and finally tended to be stable. Conduct early-age crack resistance test and the best mix proportion, the early crack limiting grade is first one, and the coefficient of crack decrease is 98.88%. The best mix proportion can effectively prevent the exterior wall from cracking and make the exterior wall crack resistance best.
