Global climate change has become one of the most important challenges facing the whole mankind in twenty-first Century. The greenhouse gases we emit today make the heat in the atmosphere for decades or even hundreds of years. Climate change has caused a huge crisis for human existence.We must act immediately, because now the action will determine the future of the climate and shaping the future of choice.Over the past 30 years, China’s social economy has undergone tremendous changes, at the same time, is also facing severe energy crisis and shortage of resources, environmental pollution and other issues, in particular, China as the world’s second largest greenhouse gas emissions, and its future is bound to face enormous pressure on greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, we want to establish the "climate adaptation society", that is, the development of low-carbon economy, to explore the low energy consumption, low pollution emissions, the low temperature of greenhouse climate emissions of green economic model.Heating energy conservation and emissions reduction research, to cope with climate change,sustainable development has important significance. In this paper, the clean development mechanism(CDM) methodology and methodology on the basis of voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction in our country, our country is mainly studied in biomass boiler heating carbon emissions in the process of monitoring, reporting and verification and calculation. Paper first introduces the biomass boiler, this paper expounds the development trend of the biomass boiler and biomass boiler carbon reduction projects developing circumstance in our country; Secondly analyzes the biomass boiler heating project quantitative method to reduce emissions, biomass boiler heat supply project in our country are proposed the calculation method of carbon emissions, including the selection of the project boundary,and identification of baseline scenario, selection of carbon emissions calculation method and the application of monitoring, reporting and verification mode; Finally, through specific case in this paper,the proposed methodology is verified in the practical engineering practicability and operability, and combining with case analysis of the biomass heating projects in the process of calculation of the influence factors of greenhouse gas emissions reduction benefits. The research of this paper is the biomass boiler heating project data monitoring, the calculation of carbon emissions provides the technical guidance.
