The Study On Online-Monitoring System For 10kV Ring Main Unit

10kV ring main unit is an important part of city power distribution network of 6kV to 10kV. It’s running state is directly related to the reliability of power supply system of the city. The device of on-line monitoring for ring network cabinet is only based on single parameter temperature monitoring of the running condition of reaction, which can not fully react the operation status of ring main unit. This paper studies a set of 10kV ring main unit multi-parameter on-line monitoring scheme, which will be actualize the actual significance.In the first place, this scheme is base on 10kV ring main unit of box type. This scheme will be online-monitoring electrical parameter including control loop current, switch coil current, main loop current of circuit breaker, switching voltage and non-electric parameter, no-electrical parameter including vacuum circuit breaker soft connection of ring main unit, temperature of cable junction, mechanical vibration signal, temperature of vacuum circuit breaker connection, SF6 gas pressure, temperature and humidity of SF6 air box, the partial discharge signal of cable vault and the cumulative frequency of use and cumulative years.In the second place, The networking mode chooses the wireless ZigBee technology, it will choose the selection sensor chip according to the different on-line monitoring parameters and choose the transducer of Sensor nodes, the main control chip, wireless transmission chip and design the power and hardware scheme of the sensor node.In addition, This paper design the background, communication and power supply scheme. It can make entire monitioring and evaluation of lifespan of 10kV ring main unit come true.
