Research On The Tender Offer Strategy Of Curtain Wall Project

The curtain wall is a kind of decorative wall which is frequently used in modern construction and has become one of the most important industries of modern construction industry. In China, curtain wall output has reached nearly 75% of world gross value. The market size is very large and the competition among curtain wall enterprises is extremely fierce.Bidding quotation accounts for the largest proportion in curtain wall project bidding and plays a decisive role whether the enterprise can win the bidding. If the curtain wall enterprises want to improve bid ratio, they must study the bidding quotation strategy seriously and enhance their competitive edge. Study on bidding quotation can also help curtain wall enterprises budget the engineering cost and select the most economic construction program, so as to effectively control the construction investment after winning the bidding. Therefore, the study on bidding quotation strategy is of great practical significance no matter for the bidding stage before project implementation or after construction stage after winning the bid.This paper carries out in-depth study on all links of curtain wall project bidding quotation through research method, literature research method, model analysis method and actual demonstration, based on actual market competition situation, from the perspective of curtain wall construction enterprise. It also makes a concrete analysis of the major factors affecting bidding quotation, cost computing mode of curtain wall project, preparation methods and techniques of list quotation, and how to determine the total bid price by mathematical model. It also put forwards that curtain wall enterprises should grasp BIM techniques and apply informatization into enterprise bidding, management and engineering construction, so as to increase enterprises’ operating efficiency and construction level and enhance bidding quotation competitiveness. Finally, this paper tests the practicability of the theory through an example of curtain wall project bidding.
