With the rapid development of China’s space industry,the requirements of the quality of the rocket is also increasing.Power system is the core of the rocket,and the internal coil winding quality of low-temperature solenoid valve,which is an important part of the power system,is directly related to the power system running performance.The coil in low-temperature solenoid valve suction spool uses its electromagnetic force to achieving electromagnetic commutation or power control.In the coil winding process,there will be various types of failures including wire disconnection,wire confusion or oversize tension,which may cause low-temperature solenoid valve failure in the work process and the sensitivity problem.Therefore,the coil winding quality is particularly important in the production of low-temperature solenoid valve coil.However,manual winding is the common method in low-temperature solenoid valve coil winding,and the process of empty coil installing,coil winding and coil resistance measuring are all carried out manually.On one hand,the traditional solenoid valve coil method results in low production efficiency due to the low speed of manual winding,and on the other hand,the quality of the coil winding can not be guaranted because of wire disconnection,loose wire distribution,instable resistance caused by oversize tension.Therefore,a set of automatic low-temperature solenoid valve coil winding equipment needs to be developed to ensure the efficiency and reliability of coil winding.Based on the analysis of the coil winding process,this thesis develop a low-temperature solenoid valve coil winding device targeting on enameled wire with the diameter of 0.28~0.41 mm and coil skeleton with the width of 18.5~48mm and the diameter of 18~24mm.The main structure of the device consists of the winding mechanism,the cable mechanism and the tension control mechanism.Meanwhile the movement rule is calculated by using wire distrubition controlling algorithm.And as the control chip,STM32 completes the control of the whole automatic winding device.The whole device can realize the function of automatic wire supply,automatic winding,automatic wire distrubition,automatic tension control and manual fine adjustment during the winding process of the low temperature solenoid valve.It can be applied for the production of low temperature solenoid valve coil of different enameled wire and skeleton.At the same time,a manual interface is developed to facilitate manual operation and accomplish real-time monitoring of winding conditions,improving production efficiency and product quality.According to the the characteristics of coil and technical requirements,this thesis have desired the whole coil automatic winding equipment,including the design and improvement of the structure,the research of wire distrubition control algorithm and the debugging of the equipment.Finally,the winding of the designated type low temperature electromagnetic coil reaches the technical requirements.
