Our country electric power industry vigorously investment, promote the rapid development of transformer production level. Transformer of special equipment for the technical level in some extent also reflects the transformer production level, therefore, vigorously promote transformer is the development of the special equipment manufacturing high performance, high level of transformers, a powerful guarantee. As the core of the transformer manufacturing process, coiling machine technology level to coil around the system to the whole quality and transformer is the key. Therefore, development of developing high performance, low prices of the automatic routing machine has important significance.This paper apply modern design method of new automatic five tons of power transformer horizontal winding machine on the research and development, the design, the design of parallel virtual, finite element method in the design the comprehensive application of a positive exploration.To shorten the development cycle, improve product quality, reduce the cost of product, and then reach the enhancement enterprise competition ability in the design of modern products by adopting parallel design. Through the geometry of modeling, mesh applied load, sure, optimization variables, finally after optimization that the structural parameters of the circulation of the optimal value, make the total weight of the relative experience design value falls, save the cost, the effect is remarkable.Modern product design is based on the design of the knowledge, only in the way of strengthening the modern design technology of the theory and method of study, in the work a vigorous application of modern design technology and the method, can in the international competition in the invincible position.
