Research And Design Of Intelligent Residential District Management System

At present, with the constant improvement of the level of intelligence, the mode of production and life style are qualitative changing. The living environment requirement of people is gradually improved. The research of intelligent residential district management system becomes a hot issue. Traditional residential district is managed manually, and only a few of residential district adopted a simple computer management system. Through this management way, the workload of the managers is still heavy, error-prone and inefficient, and the problems were not found in time. Intelligent residential district management system is an intelligent and automated system which is compared with the traditional way. It can greatly improve the living level of residents and manager’s work efficiency. With the development of Internet of Things technology, intelligent residential district is changing so much, and intelligent residential district management is becoming an important research topic.This topic research on the intelligent residential district management system is based on the technology of Internet of Things, through analysis of the current research of intelligent residential area, putting forward the research significance, and then designing the intelligent residential district management system. Intelligent residential district management system is divided into several subsystems; they are boundary security system, vehicle access-control system, IP digital monitoring system, intelligent household system, background music system,Guard tour system,integrated network system, computer room management system and smart business interconnected system. The boundary security system includes two subsystem, they are perimeter alarm and digital intercom subsystem. This paper designed the boundary security system, digital door intercom system and vehicle access-control system, and simply introduces the guard tour system integrated network system.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the demand of "intelligent residential district management system", we get the requirements analysis, designing the overall structure of the intelligent residential district management system, as well as the overall function structure and network structure.Before the detailed design, the paper analysis the idea of the hardware and software design,the design principles and basis of the residential district management systems hardware design and software design idea and the system design principles and basis.(2) According to the preliminary requirements analysis and general design, we designed the intelligent residential district security subsystem, including boundary security system,digital door intercom system, guard tour system and integrated network system. The demand analysis and the design of the work flow chart have carried on the boundary security system and digital door intercom system. Then the guard tour system and integrated network system are introduced.(3) The vehicle access-control system based on RFID technology is designed in detail. It includes requirements analysis, system performance analysis, the construction plan and thespecific design. The detailed design includes the general topology design of the system, the design of the monitoring center, the design of entrance guard control box, labels selection and installation and work process and software design of the system.At present, the intelligent residential district management system has been put into use,the using of the system has played a main role, it improved the residents’ living environment,improve the efficiency and level of property management. It has a certain application value and reference value.
