Research On Problems Of The Fire Code For High-Rise Residential Buildings And Its Solutions

Urbanization driven labor migration, urban land increasingly scarce resources can not meet the needs of growing urban population lives, and promote a large number of high-rise residential buildings where they stand. Large amounts of data show that in these years the rapid development of high-rise residential buildings, the number of fire accidents is rising, fire situation is quite grim, fire safety issues into the public spotlight. The state and society more and more attention to fire management, encourage management innovation, and constantly on fire work of the new requirements of the urban high-rise residential building fire management has played a positive role. However, due to the late start of high-rise buildings, in addition to the implementation of specifications is not comprehensive, the current number of high-rise residential fire safety facilities is not perfect, there are also problems associated with the design of security technology, there are a lot of insecurity. This paper focuses on issues faced by the design of high-rise residential fire codes of conduct research, first of all, from the spatial scale and environmental compatibility, building construction and fire characteristics of three high-rise residential characteristics were systematically analyzed; secondly, from fire specification of the starting point and the basis to proceed to the analysis of high-rise residential fire codes; again, on various issues of high-rise residential fire codes that exist to analyze and propose appropriate solutions, and give a specific case of fire, fire cause of the accident building in the problems analysis; Finally, foreign experience in the design of residential fire protection norms, suggest improvements to the design of high-rise building fire.
