Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Fire Safety Management Of High-rise Housings In Chongqing

With the continuous improvement of China’s overall economy and the increasing demand for housing by society and residents,the construction of high-rise housing has developed such fast.However,in recent years,the disharmony between the rapidly growing number of high-rise houses and the supporting fire safety management has caused more potential safety hazards in the high-rise,which has brought great challenges to the development of fire safety management.However,judging from the current status,fire management cannot meet the public’s demand,and the fire safety management pattern cannot keep up with the speed of economic development.How to innovate the fire safety management of high-rise residential buildings,so as to reasonably allocate fire safety managers,enhance residents’ fire safety awareness,and reduce the occurrence of fire safety accidents has become a major livelihood problem.Public fire safety management involves not only great public interests,but also the safety of economic development,social stability,people’s lives and property.Solving the problems isvery important to improving social stability.This paper collects and sorts out the fire safety management problems of high-rise residential buildings at home and abroad,absorbs experience,and determines the points and ideas of this research.This paper analyzes the frequency and proportion of the basic information in the questionnaire collected from the current government departments,social units and residents,and learns about the current situation of fire safety management of high-rise residential buildings in Chongqing in combination with the survey results of field visits to 6 high-rise residential areas in Chongqing.Through sorting out and in-depth analysis of the fire safety problems existing in high-rise buildings,the main problem was presumed lies the rectification of fire hazards is not in place,insufficient satisfaction of fire protection publicity,the fire safety awareness of every department is weak,and the fire safety management facilities cannot meet the use requirements.The main reasons are that the legal system and responsibilities of fire safety management needs to be improved,the publicity of fire safety management consciousness is not in place,the propaganda is insufficient,the quality of fire safety management team is low,and fire base station is insufficient.Through in-depth analysis of those reasons,four countermeasures and suggestions were offered to solve the fire safety problems of high-rise residential buildings in Chongqing,including further implement relevant systems and responsibilities,enhance fire safety publicity and education,improve the quality of fire safety management team,and strengthen the construction of fire infrastructure.This study will help to further promote the Chongqing’s municipal government to improve the fire safety management of high-rise residential buildings,build a good fire safety environment for high-rise residential buildings,eliminate the fire safety hidden dangers of high-rise residential buildings,and provide a solid guarantee for the economic construction and harmonious development of Chongqing.
