With the development of world, building energy conservation has been the key to realize sustainable development strategy. But in our country, the current detection methods and means have many limitations which severely restrict the further development of building energy efficiency work. In this paper, according to "Standard for energy efficiency test of residential buildings"(JGJ/T 132-2009), "Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Heilongjiang Province"(DB23/1270-2008), 5 typical energy saving residential buildings are researched in Daqing. Test indicators include: the average room air temperature, the thermal irregularities in exterior envelopes, the inside surface temperature of thermal bridge of exterior building envelopes, the heat transfer coefficients of building envelopes and the building heat consumption index etc. I have managed and calculated the tested data, then analyzed the results which showed the test buildings were not qualified completely: For the average room air temperature, Han city and Xin city are too high,however, Yin(D) city is too low. And the inside surface temperature of thermal bridge of exterior building envelopes, Lian city is lower than the dew point temperature. The disqualification of the heat transfer coefficients of building envelopes and the building heat consumption index are caused by insulation conditions and energy waste respectively.
