From the inception of the dual mass flywheel, it has passed nearly ttiree decades. With the market for many years to use, it verifies DMF outstanding performance in torsional vibration damper of automotive power train system. Based on the related research and development needs of the domestic manufacturers of a clutdi,this paper has a preliminary discussion on DMF. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Complete the research of output torque excitation of the engine; establish simplified kinetic model and its mathematical model transmission at idle and driving conditions, and investigate idling conditions and driving conditions of the simplified model inherent characteristics and formation,and made a correlation analysis;2.Complete the three main performance parameters of the DMF: primary, secondary mass moment of inertia ratio,long curved coil spring torsional stiffness and damping design studies in idle condition, by comparing each RMS of torque fluctuations in different conditions,then find the change law of the main performance parameters of DMF under certain consttamt;3.Complete static torsion test of DMF; analyze the error of the test results,find insufficiency existing in test and give a summary and reflection of this test; Based on the research of other universities on DMF, deduce the static torque characteristics of DMF and compare the theoretical values and calculated ones. |
