| With the rapid development of science and technology and People’s living standard improving, Consumers are paying more attention on the quality and safety of food and medicine than the supply.The Cold-chain Transportation is the most effective method to keep the quality of food and medicine.And keeping the temperature in refrigerator truck became a big problem of the Cold-chain Transportation.It is quite important and meaningful to control temperature in refrigerator truck in real time and automatically,because it is quite useful to reduce the losses of food and medicine.This thesis introduces a refrigerator truck air conditioning control system based on FPGA.The system adopts the design method of from top to bottom,embeds the Nios II soft core processor,JTAG controller, SDRAM memory controller, Flash controller, PIO interface,temperature sensor controller and LCD controller in a FPGA chip.The system achieves the following functions:monitoring the temperature in refrigerator truck in time,setting the operating mode, automatic fault detection and liquid crystal display.The research contents of this thesis are as below:(1)According the requirement of system function and parameter,the overall design scheme of the system is completed,and parts selection on FPGA chip,FLASH chip,SDRAM chip,LCD,temperature sensor are also made.(2)E_Play-SOPC EP4CE40 is chosen as hardware developing platform.And the peripheral circuits of temperature sensor,LCD,button,output driver circuits are designed based on the main development board.(3) Hardware design is completed with Quartus II 9.0.The main work of the hardware design is to make hardware configuration to NiosII soft core processor,JTAG controller, SDRAM memory controller, Flash controller, PIO interface,temperature sensor controller and LCD controller.(4)Programming according each module function with C/C++ in Nios II IDE 9.0 development tool.Then downloading the program into hardware system to debug.(5)Debugging result shows that the refrigerator truck air conditioning control system based on FPGA can implement temperature detection and display function. This system is portability, flexible and efficient,and has the characteristic of short design circle. |
